For the prevention of coccidiosis in ruminating and nonruminating calves (including veal calves) and cattle caused by Eimeria bovis and E. zurnii.

Medicated with Deccox (decoquinate) to prevent coccidiosis when feeding directions are followed.

Grain Products, Plant Protein Products, Roughage Products (not more than 20%), Molasses Products, Processed Grain Byproducts, Calcium Carbonate, Salt, Dicalcium Phosphate, Monocalcium Phosphate, Ferrous Carbonate, Manganous Oxide, Zinc Oxide, Copper Sulfate, Sodium Selenite Vitamin E Supplement, Mineral Oil, Calcium Sulfate, Magnesium Oxide, Potassium Chloride, D-Activated Animal Sterol (Source of Vitamin D3), Vitamin A Supplement, Sodium Silico Aluminate, Ethylenediamine Dihydriodide, Cobalt Carbonate, and Ethoxyquin (a Preservative).
FEEDING DIRECTIONS
Feed Producers Calf Choice 18 DX-1.5 at the rate of 1.5 lbs./100 lbs. of body weight to provide 22.7 mg decoquinate/100 lbs. of body weight (0.5 mg/kg) daily as in table below:

Feed for at least 28 days during periods of coccidiosis or when it is likely to be a hazard. Coccidiostats are not indicated for use in adult animals due to continuous previous exposure.

Do not feed to cows producing milk for food.
