WHAT SHOWS QUALIFY YOU FOR AN AWARD?

• Market Shows at the Majors (Austin, Dallas, Denver, Ft. Worth, Houston & San Antonio) - Overall Grand or Reserve Champion,Breed Champion orReserve Champion
• Breeding Shows at the Majors- Breed Champion or Reserve Champion
• County, Regional and State/National Breed Shows - Grand or Reserve Champion
• Prospect and city/town shows are excluded

Show Team Registration Form

Registering for Show Team allows the exhibitor to be eligible for awards given byProducers Cooperative Association.Registering also helps us identify our Show Team exhibitors at county sales.

AWARD ELIGIBILITY

Eligibility for the program is limited to youth exhibiting show steers, commercial steers and heifers, market pigs, lambs, goats, broilers, turkeys and rabbits at major, county, regional and state/national breed shows (see eligible shows above). Youth exhibiting breeding heifers, milking goats, junior breeding lambs and junior breeding gilts at major, breed and national shows, and exhibitors showing horses that are sold in county youth livestock sales are also eligible. To be eligible for prizes, exhibitors must be registered Show Team participants and be currently enrolled as a member in good standing in a local 4-H club or FFA chapter. Registration begins in September for each show year. Exhibitors must keep accurate records of feed purchases. Only one award will be allowed per exhibitor, per year.

NOTIFICATION AND PHOTOGRAPH

Exhibitors must notify PRODUCERS , via our website, within 60 days of exhibition of your winning animal.Copies of your feed purchase receipts will be requested.Winning exhibitors must furnish PRODUCERS with a digitalphotograph at the time of notification. The photograph must feature the exhibitor, the animal, the trophy and/or banner, and the official sign/logo of the show.

Your photograph should be in a jpeg format and no larger than 1 MB (keep size within 3 X 5 or smaller.)
Please e-mail as an attachment and make sure your full name is in the body of the e-mail so we can match your photo with your notification form.
