Once you renew your Ag/Timber Tax Exemption Number with the Comptroller’s Office, please follow the steps below to update your information with Producers Cooperative Association.
- Click here for the “Exemption Certificate.pdf“.
- Fill out all required fields and complete with signature.
- Submit your completed Exemption Certificate along with a copy of your updated Ag/Timber Exemption Card using the form below. If you experience any issues with the form you can, documents can be emailed to info@producerscooperative.com or turned in to any Producers Cooperative Association location.
